The data presented provides an overview of methods applied to determine the effectiveness of a tri-medium system for the removal of iron (Fe) and manganese (Mn) from groundwater. The data include adsorption models, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), fixed bed mathematical models, and iron & manganese percentage removal efficiencies. Since this project followed a quantitative approach and doesn’t include humans or animals, thus there were no major ethical issues for discussion, however for reference purspose (2020_FEREC-STD-065).
