The study was exploratory by nature and gathered primary qualitative data using a semi- structured interview, with the intent that the primary data would be used to answer the relevant research question.
The semi- structured interviews were conducted with 34 participants within the HR community at the relevant organisation. These participants were purposively selected based on their knowledge and experience relevant to the study.

The semi- structured interview feedback is recorded in the data set.
