The current data set uploaded for MTech Business Administration thesis titled "The impact of reward systems on employee performance in selected hotels in Cape Town.
The data was collected through questionnaires were recorded and analysed in SPSS and converted to an Excel spreasheet.
The dataset provides an overview of over 136 responses feedback from participants in this study.
As per data collection instrument, the dataset covers components such as employee demographics, rewards components, attractiveness of rewards, relationship between rewards and employee performance, employee attraction and employee retention.
