Chapter 4 involves analysis of data and presentation of results in the form of graphs, diagrams and tables. It involves editing, summarising and converting raw data into usable information as raw data is meaningless until it is processed and conclusions can be drawn from it. It further makes reference to literature to discuss how the findings relate to the literature analyses in Chapter 3. Hence, the analysis, presentation and discussion of results is primarily focused on the main objective of the study. The main objective of the study is to investigate the level of internationalisation of SMEs in Gabon. This main objective is achieved by exploring the following 3 sub-objectives:

2. Investigate the challenges that are hindering the internationalisation exercise of the Gabonese SMEs.
3. Explore how much managerial skills of entrepreneurs contributed to factors driving internationalisation of SMEs.

As a result of the mixed research methods was selected and appropriate data was collected from respondents using questionnaires and interviews administered to SME owners and managers in Libreville, Gabon. This chapter therefore presents the results with regards to the internationalisation of SMEs.
