Human resource management practices' impact on academic staff performance in private higher education institutions in Namibia

<p dir="ltr">The study looked at HRM practices among academic staff to enhance their performance. The reputation of private higher education in Namibia is negative, hence the study aimed to enhance the performance of academic staff, ultimately to improve the tainted image of private educators. It developed a HRM framework for enhancing academic staff performance. </p>
