This study set out to investigate the factors influencing staff turnover at a domestic
outsourcer call centre. The goal of this study was to identify the factors that influence
employee turnover both from within and outside of the workplace. Using Zoho Survey, the questionnaire was made available online and this proved to be much easier than hard copy distribution. Zoho Analytics, a data analytics tool that parses raw data into usable insights, was used to classify, edit, code, and analyse the acquired data. This software is used for both batch and non-batch statistical analysis that is organized and logical.
