The data has 42 observations. 

There are 15 exercise tests that was conducted on adults with Intellectual Disability.

For all variables there is a 'pre' values and a 'post' value, as well as a 'diff' value (post-pre). 

There is a variable called 'group'. The binary coded 1 is the Exercise Group and the 2 is the Control group. 

Names have been deidentified. 

The variables are age, group, height, weight, BMI, waist circumference, hip circumference, waist to hip ratio, 6 minutes walk distance test, chair stand test, modified curl up test, Standing on one leg test, Balance Beam test (walking on balance beam), 16 meter Bleep (Pacer) test, Sit and Reach Flexibility Test, Isometric push up test).
