The research focused on radiography students resilience, specifically as it relates to the clinical environment. In this study I explored what the challenges and enablers of students resilience are and how students cope under challenging circumstances.
Following this I developed a model to assist educators to better support students in the clinical environment by developing their resilience. Model development steps by Chinn and Kramer was followed. Subsequently guidelines was developed to assist radiography educators with developing resilience in student radiographers.
