The study investigated the potential health benefits of Helichrysum cymosum extracts and biosynthesized zinc oxide nanoparticles, focusing on their impact on three specific cell lines: C3A hepatocytes, L6 myocytes, and TM4 Sertoli cells using In vitro models. These cells play a crucial role in liver function, muscle metabolism, and male reproductive health, respectively. This research underlined the relevance of these treatments in alleviating oxidative stress and cellular damage, which are among the major causes of diabetes mellitus and male reproductive dysfunction. The findings did not only demonstrate the therapeutic potential of the treatments but also reveal their ability in combating chronic health issues, including diabetes, inflammation and reproductive dysfunction which are underpinned by oxidative cellular damage. Therefore, the current study present novel and alternative treatment option with prospect for future development of antidiabetic drugs and male infertility drug. From this study three articles have been published in accredited journals.
