A determination of Cape Flats Sand Fynbos restoration success in the Western Cape, South Africa, based on vegetation establishment and pollinator activity

dataset

The thesis from which these datasets originate included research on vegetation restoration success as well as pollinator activity within a recently restored site.

Three data sets are available on vegetation restoration. This includes data on growth form, native and alien species richness as well as the survival of reintroduced species (sowed and planted).

Two data sets are available on pollination. This includes data on the seed set of plants for 3 different experiments at 3 different sites, including a recently restored site. A second data set on pollination includes the observed pollinators on several plant species at 3 different study sites, also including a recently restored site.
