Dataset 1: Covariates for detection probability and space-use, as defined in the thesis.

Dataset 2: The number of independent camera trap captures of a species per camera, sheet 2 contains data needed for species accumulation curves. Sheet 3 has the groupings for feeding guilds and sheet 4 contains camera effort (number of days each camera was active).

Dataset 3: The presence or absence of each species at each camera trap location per day. A “0” indicates no detection on that day. A “1” indicates that that species was detected on that day.
